Level 1 program: An Independent Living program for young adults
- What we do: Provide independent living support for young adults through apartment-style living.
- Who we support:
- Population: Young adults, ages 18-21 years old
- Housing Options: 3-bedroom apartment, 1 studio apartment, housing up to 4 young adults
- Referral Form: Connect: Intake Form
Level 2 Program: An Intermediate Residential Treatment Program for Youth
- What we do: Provide community-based treatment programs within the treatment domains of safety and behavior, family and community, mental health, physical health, education, and independent living.
- Who we support:
- Population: Youth and young adults, Ages 10 – 21
- Referral sources from DYCF child protection, DCYF juvenile justice, Waypoint: Youth experiencing housing instability, Bureau of Children’s Behavioral Health
- Housing: 10 Bedrooms and 7 Bathrooms, housing up to 21 youth and/or young adults.

Our Models
A holistic, trauma-informed and evidenced-based model aimed to support youth overcome challenges through connection, empowerment, and correcting behaviors.
A restraint-free de-escalation and behavior management program that combines verbal and nonverbal communication to convert/divert an aggressive individual and physical re-direction to avoid injury and self-harm.
Resilience, Empowerment, and Natural supports for Education and Work (RENEW) is a structured school-to-career planning and individualized wraparound process implemented for all Dover Children’s Home residents.
Additional Models
Our Additional Models include Youth Mental Health First Aid, Recovery Friendly Workplace, Mental Health Friendly Workplace and American Red Cross’ First Aid/CPR.
