Our Vision and Values
We are committed to providing the highest quality treatment services and becoming a leader in trauma-informed residential and community-based treatment. Our program supports a culture characterized by a sense of respect, compassion, commitment, and integrity. We are attentive to the individual needs and potential of the young people in our care, and we have an abiding commitment to excellence to the larger community. We take pride in our role as stewards of a unique and treasured community resource, with a history dating back to 1893.

- Youth ages 10-21 – Level 2 Main House Program
- Adults ages 18-21 – Level 1 Independent Living Program

- Clinical treatment through groups, individual therapy, and a trauma-informed environment
- Connection to community resources (therapy, mentors, mental health needs)
- Educational and health coordination
- Independent Living Skills preparation
- Daily life skills
- Typical adolescent experiences
- Activities and daily programming
- Trauma-informed model to focus on building connection and resiliency- Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and MANDT
- Inclusive, equitable care with a specialized focus in LGBTQ+ youth
